Much of my work as a graphic designer in graduate scool was focused on the meeting places between two and three dimensional design. I wanted to study the transitional space between two and three dimensions. I pinched flat sheet of metal and a letterforms cut into vinyl and begin to warp into something unlike themsleves, tracking the stages along the way.
